The 10-hour OSHA General Compliance Course gives a very broad overview of the major OSHA topics and regulations. It will provide participants with one and a half days of intensive review of current OSHA requirements in the area of occupational safety and health.

**POTENTIAL OSHA CHANGES**
The United Nations adopted the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS), and now OSHA is looking at implementing it into their Hazard Communication Standard. The status of this requirement will be reviewed based on OSHA’s time table. This will be a major change to HAZ COM with reference to Programs, Labeling, Training and Material Safety Data Sheets. If changes are made before the class, the instructor will provide an overview of the new requirements. In addition, the instructor will review proposed OSHA record keeping regulation changes.
CERTIFICATION
Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a federal OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour card. This card demonstrates your company’s efforts toward voluntary compliance with OSHA standards and will be useful during an inspection.

Cancellation Policy
If unable to attend, substitutions are welcome anytime prior to the program date. A 50% processing fee applies to all event cancellations. Registrants are responsible for the full registration fee for any cancellation made after 5 p.m., seven days prior to the event. Registration fees will not be refunded or waived after that date. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.
