Hotel Reservation Information
To receive the group rate of $179 per night per room, please call 1-800-766-3782 and reference the 2014 SCCC Human Resources Conference or the group booking code, HRC14. Reservations can also be made through the Sonesta website using the online booking code of HRC14. The deadline to receive the discounted rate is APRIL 29, 2014. All reservations require a one-night’s guarantee that will be refundable only if the reservation is cancelled at least three days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
If unable to attend, substitutions are welcome anytime prior to the event date. A 50% processing fee applies to all event cancellations. Registrants are responsible for the full registration fee for any cancellation made after 5 p.m., seven days prior to the event. Registration fees will not be refunded or waived after that date. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.
