For the fourth consecutive year, the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer the Certificate Series, an exciting, comprehensive training opportunity through the South Carolina Chamber Human Resources Institute. The Certificate Series is a more comprehensive version of the Fundamentals of Human Resources Management program, which was designed to increase the fundamental knowledge, skills and techniques in human resources management.
