Chamber Membership Benefits
Small Business Partner
Almost 90 percent of the South Carolina Chamber’s members are small businesses. We believe that investing in small businesses is key to growing South Carolina’s economy. Here are some ways the Chamber serves small business owners:
South Carolina Chamber of Commerce Small Business Committee
The Chamber’s small business committee was established to ensure that the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce communicates the importance and contributions of small business to the state and its organization. The committee is charged with determining how the Chamber’s current activities and benefits can be best communicated to its small business members based upon its mission, vision and structure.
Palmetto Marketplace
The Palmetto Marketplace is a business-to-business (B2B) site that members can use to promote their products and services to a world-wide audience. In addition to publicizing their companies, members can also offer special discounts. An added feature is a search engine that allows users to search for a specific product or service by keyword; identify several providers and send an e-mail contact to those companies identified in the search, prompting a return
response if interested in bidding on the product and/or service request.
Small Business Recognition
