Manufacturers’ Steering Committee

The South Carolina Chamber of Commerce’s Manufacturers’ Steering Committee provides the means for sharing and understanding problems and opportunities among manufacturers in the state. This committee provides a link between manufacturers that allows for sharing of activities dedicated to the safe production of high-quality products at the lowest possible cost, thereby ensuring the ability to compete effectively in the markets served. 

A further objective is to ensure that the opinions, concerns and ideas of South Carolina manufacturers are communicated to those in the government and business communities who can influence the desired result.

Additional Qualifications for Membership

Memberships is limited to individuals in manufacturing who are chief executives at a manufacturing site. This committee is limited to 25 members.

Quarterly, on the second Thursday or on an as-needed basis
