S.C. Chamber Releases 2010 Competitiveness Agenda After nine Grassroots Meetings across the state and numerous meetings with South Carolina Chamber of Commerce members and business organizations, the South Carolina Chamber Board of Directors has approved the 2010 Competitiveness Agenda, the business community's list of legislative priorities.
