Bill updates
To receive the weekly Competitiveness Update during the legislative session and periodic legislative alerts, join the grassroots network or email us and request to be added to the mailing list.

To view the hot legislative issues the Chamber is tracking, visit the grassroots system and choose the hot button under tracking level.
Find legislators
To find a complete list of legislators, visit the grassroots network online. If you do not know who your legislators are, visit the online district lookup.
Track votes
To see the how your legislators voted on key issues, visit the online legislative scorecard.

Grassroots meetings
Each year, during the late summer months, the South Carolina Chamber and local chambers hosts nine regional meetings across the state for grassroots networking. During these open forum sessions, business leaders voice their opinions about issues that affect the business community. From busines input, the Chamber forms its annual Competitiveness Agenda. Legislative Agenda Task Force (LATF)
The Chamber’s 25-member LATF represents the membership and business community by identifying, monitoring, and developing a business agenda package to ensure pro-business legislation.
Get Out the Vote (GOTV)
The Chamber provides South Carolina employers and their employees with the tools to effectively Get Out the Vote (GOTV). Not only is it important for employers to encourage their employees to vote, it is also important that South Carolinians elect pro-business candidates to office.
